Open counterflow towers offer lower initial cost and suit HVAC chillers and general process cooling. Closed circuit towers keep the process fluid inside a sealed coil, preventing contamination and scaling, and are preferred for induction furnaces, petrochemical units and precision equipment.
SUS304 is the cost-effective food-grade choice for drinking water and general building use. SUS316 contains molybdenum for better pitting resistance and is recommended for coastal, high-chloride or chemical-adjacent sites.
